Product Condition
To be eligible for a return:
Unused: The product you purchased should not be used. It should be exactly like a new item without any usage signs.
No Damage: The item should be clean and perfect. No stains or scratches allowed.
Original Packing: It should be in its original box. All tags, covers, and materials should also be included.
Non-Returnable Items
Some of the items are not eligible for the return policy due to their nature.
Custom Carpets
We made your rug exactly how you wanted. That means we can’t take it back. Custom orders are final sale.
Used or Damaged Items
If you used, washed, or damaged the product after getting it. Then it cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on why you’re returning. If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we’ll pay for return shipping. If you no longer want it, you pay to ship it back. Your refund will include the item price only. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
